Scope of work: Roofs on Homes will provide services as described in the attached quote.

Roofs on Homes will provide all services, material, labor, tools, and equipment needed for completion of services.

Payment Terms: A down payment of 50% is due upon delivery of materials and or on the day of Installation. Balance paid in full upon completion. Please make all payments to Roofs on Homes Inc. Note: If payment is not recieved in 10 days of completion 15% interest charge will be applied each month and your warranty could be void.

Change Order by Homeowner: Any changes from the signed contract involving a change in the scope of work or any additional costs will be executed only with a written change order sign and dated by both the Roofs on Homes and Customer.

Plywood Replacement: An additional cost of $70.00 per 3/8 spruce plywood extra from the contract price, is required by the homeowner on slopes less than 7/12, if damaged, warping, mold, and or comprised plywood that would affect the integrity of the roof structure is detected once the removal of shingles is completed.

Note: The day of installation if the homeowner is not able to be contacted, we will continue with the replacement of plywood and or any areas that have to be repaired or replaced that may arise upon the tear off application before the installation application. Note: ½ inch plywood replacement, additional $20 per sheet is required by homeowner.

NOTE: Slopes Greater than 7/12, plywood replacement, would be an additional charge of $20.00 per sheet extra from the $70.00 per sheet for a 4ft by 8ft 3/8 Spruce plywood.

Warranty: Roofs on Homes warrants all work will be performed in a good workman like manner, any warranties for parts or material are subject to manufacture terms on such products.

Conditions: This proposal is valid for 30 days. Roofs on Homes reserve the right to withdrawn this proposal or re-quote the project of contract acceptance is beyond 30 days.
